Lots of mistakes to avoid at the beginning of a divorce. Get advice early on when you can.

  • @boxerwayne6660 says:

It doesn’t really matter because women can do whatever they want.

    • @ADAMDivorceAttorneysforMen says:

thanks for the comment! They might be able to do whatever they want until we start a divorce case. Then not so much.

    • @tinarauscher9886 says:

Ya not so much. I wish!

    • @OhhKikka says:

@@tinarauscher9886 Have you noticed how there are mostly specific divorce advice videos and blogs for husbands but really none for wives whose husbands are deceptive and malicious? Sure there are some about divorcing a narcissist but there simply isn’t enough advice for their spouses.

    • @lightmarker3146 says:

Make sure your spouse isn’t sleeping with the court officer that oversees property division. Happened to me , and he dumped the court official before the ink dried .

  • @elainegoad9777 says:

Unless a therapist is a legal divorce specialist how can they advise you legally what to say ?

  • @elainegoad9777 says:

He leaves with out agreement and turns off all utilities and wife’s phone without notice !

    Good one👍

  • @tinarauscher9886 says:

I wish my soon to be ex would listen to your advice. I think he’s done half of the things you list. And that word reasonable you keep mentioning – that is not in his vocabulary. I found this helpful from my perspective to know what might reflect negatively on him if we have to go to court which is what it looks like now after trying to settle for over a year! Thank you for that!

    Mistake #0 : Getting married

  • @mariroseengert8666 says:

Going through a divorce now. Just a quick question. My son is autistic age 30, I know he is over age 18. My husband assumes that because he lives in his parents house and I am the one to eventually move out that he will get 100% visitation and my son will always live and have visits with him. At my son’s age what can be done so that there is a compromise situation? We live in New York. Thank you for your help.

    • @ADAMDivorceAttorneysforMen says:

Probably not much. Under Michigan law there is no remedy for adult children. The court does not have jurisdiction

  • @Zeer198 says:

If I got divorced in a foreign country which I got married in , could this be accepted in Maryland as a final settlement?

  • @mgu1N1n1 says:

Men, do not hesitate for one moment to put a restraining order against your female partner if you feel your safety and health is in jeopardy. Placing a permanent restraining order on my female partner was absolutely the wisest protective move of my adult lifetime. My only regret is not doing it years earlier. Men, be safe!

  • @abusubhi311 says:

Make sure you thoroughly pick a lawyer. I got burned from the first and am in a battle with the law body for lawyers. Also don’t ever feel it is wrong to notify the police against your wife she is aggressive or violent.

I’m a single dad,not quite long I started investing. I’m very curious and need help on how to enhance and increase my returns. Any good investment tips would be appreciated

    • @emeldcentor1474 says:

@@eadad4371 Generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It’s important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (Regina Louise Collaro) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her.
She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy… So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.

  • @xelefonte says:

*The word that I see this attorney Adam stress is…THE BAD GUY. Honestly, I couldn’t give two fucks about being the bad guy. Nobody ever calls out disloyal women who take their ex husband to the bank in a divorce settlement, when they were the ones to cheat to a loyal husband. I don’t care about narrative or image in itself. I only care if that narrative or image if it affects my divorce outcome. Yes, judges are biased particularly misanthropic judges or judges who’ve been in a divorce themself. Divorce itself is very ugly so somebody will end up being the bad guy if not both spouses. Yea you shouldn’t remove her from your health plan and you shouldn’t drain a joint account even though women do that all the time. But, this attorney seems so focused on image and morality than the circumstances needed for a successful divorce settlement. That’s kinda the problem I have with this video. I don’t think he’s doing it intentionally but bad guy good guy, it can make little in the eyes of an objective judge.
