When ladies pay first date, I think it’s usually bc they have zero interest in the guy. At least my 40-50yo friends. I’m traditional if guy doesnt pay first date it’s a huge turn off and won’t see him again

Im dating a guy who has just broke up but he is wanting to move too fast so I broached the subject and he totally didn’t take on board what I was saying I need more time as I’ve been single a long time.and wary of his recent split. He called me a spinster which I felt was a very derogatory statement in the tone he said it. I’m getting red flag vibes. I’ve been seeing a man for 10 months, I feel loved, he gives me a lot of attention, wants me to go everywhere with him, we see each other every weekend and holidays together, we are both in our early sixties and both been divorced for +- 15 years, one thing that really worries me, because his talking about getting married😮 one thing that worries me is his wondering eye, looking at other women, commenting on how pretty, how sexy they are and also watching young sexy girls on Tik Tok……I don’t understand that part of him because he’s such a good, nice decent guy…..I can’t cope with that and he does not think it’s that wrong because he loves me…

Unless you have been used and abused by a narcissist, then you can be blindsided. They become everything you need and want in the beginning because they’re that good at sniffing you out.Just say NO in the beginning and then run! They drop the mask at the word no,and you’ll see a major shift. Don’t say no unless you have an escape plan
I told a new friend right upfront that my budget will not permit me to reciprocate on dinners out. He says that he’s fine with that, as he enjoys the company and likes to eat out. I’m fine with coffee at McDonald’s! Picnics. Tea in the back yard. Whatever. Not reciprocating isn’t always a sign of non interest.
