This has happened to me numerous times. In the past I have felt insecure and not approached the girl, which I’m beyond that now.
I have a few times approached the woman, started with an apology for staring and then giving her a very complimentary reason why. This has always been well received.
Now I just have to get past ‘freezing up’ when she responds with real interest and I’ve let her slip away! Lol❣️
