I watch them return back repeatedly, then few months later, calling, “please help me”. I am done with such women for my sanity and safety.

  • @NarcLife says:

Forgiving ignores evidence fueled by hope and trauma bonds, while the narcissist’s charm masks an unchanging core.

  • @pengguoyu4614 says:

Narcissists a second chance is like giving them a platform to repeat their bad behavior and later be used against others used as leverage.

  • @pengguoyu4614 says:

Lying is like breathing and drinking water for a narcissist

  • @pengguoyu4614 says:

Narcissists use fishing tactics as fantasies to gain our attention to meet their desire

  • @zmesopotamia6792 says:

They will try to give you false hope of getting back to the relationship using your trauma bond and then once you get involved they dump you again. It feels like they enjoy torturing you and play on your nerves and emotions just like playing piano and then they leave you in more misery than when they left you for the first time…

  • @IfIGlitchedIt13 says:

Your work has helped immensely! How does no self realization fit into managing a narcissist? In direct experience, I found that if I am not in any identity – the narcissist is confused because I deny their target even exists. I deny any of their narratives could ever have been true. It has helped my recovery and perceptions of suffering and grief, to realize anatta by knowing myself more deeply and through letting their delusions fade along with my family role and separate self identity. I no longer hold any identity at all – and the narcissist now ghosts me again – better than I had ever hoped for. It’s a peaceful state of accepting everything, including myself, exactly as it is. Thank you, Dr. Ramani. Integrating this is challenging.

  • @dhare07 says:

I’ve been with Schizophrenia, PTSD for too childhood trauma. I walked away for two years and they act like i wasn’t gone at all. They fully tripped me and didn’t show a damn bit of concern for my well-being while expecting me to listen to their bullshit. I would’ve stayed away but my therapist at the time congested l ghosted me, my caseworker put herself in my situation adding to the file. So the fact that I’m suicidal didn’t matter as much as everyone else’s feeling. I tell my therapists about what happened to me growing up they turn back on me and how I played a part but the moment i ain’t to remove myself I’m guided to ” forgive” them because family is important.

Some people don’t deserve their degrees and test should be given to all psychologist because they’re way more dangerous than strangers at times.

    • @justuschickens-e8f says:

I have been ‘diagnosed’ / given a psychological ‘label’ by ‘therapists’ and a ‘social worker’ based on HEARSAY from family members. These allowed the family to deny their roles in the family dynamic and also kept me in an abusive relationship because I did not get the support I needed to leave.
These people should be unlicensed, IMO, because their unethical claims increased trauma and damage to many lives.

  • @SUPBabyBoy says:

Our goodness and compassion makes us give some people second chances…

  • @serbherc says:

My loved one gave third chance to her narcissist, because he is sad and doesn’t want anyone else.

  • @guernica69 says:

I’ve only regretted letting these people back in my life 😞

  • @annemiekevanderkuijl4512 says:

I just got a message whishing me merry Xmas after no contact of over 4 months. I kept my response light.

  • @carolynjaynes9094 says:

They have a whole lot to lose when you leave them. You stop losing when you leave them. They use all types of tactics. Don’t fall for it.
