    You help me so much
.You have you have been such a blessing in my life

    • @liquidminds says:

Never forget. Touch, Smell, Sight, Hearing and Taste are senses. They provide information about the real world.
narratives are not senses, they are never more true than the senses. Always trust your senses.
And if you can learn the difference between a bad gut feeling that you have because of your own inner truth or one someone else is giving you because of theirs, you gain the power to listen to yourself and trust your intuition.

  • @NarcSurvivor says:

You can’t stand up for yourself. You can’t have any boundaries. You can’t even have any opinions of your own without them being upset about it. They have to control everything.

  • @duromusabc says:

Enforcing your healthy boundaries starts their twisted PROJECTION twisted GASLIGHTING and their twisted ENTITLEMENT thus launching their toddler tantrums against you – sadly you’re looked at as an object to be used not a unique human being – it’s very hypocritical one sided relationship that’s draining and destructive where the narcissist takes takes takes and you give give give until you’re totally empty of yourself

  • @mallorywilde says:

Dr Ramani, I have to tell you something important. I haven’t watched your videos in a long time. And that’s a good thing, because that tells me where I’m at in my mind and in my life now. It took me a long time to get out of something and heal from it. I’m still not fully recovered, but I am so much better than I ever was. And when I couldn’t afford regular therapy, you were my therapy. You made me feel like I wasn’t crazy and I wasn’t alone. I just want to tell you from the bottom of my heart, how much I truly love and appreciate you as a human being. It would be amazing to meet you one day 💜

  • @EmiliaNikolova-e7m says:

    The freedom of man?

A man who has never fought for his freedom, he easily gives it up.

Ah, freedom is a difficult thing.

    Which is the easier option?

    Both are infinitely difficult.
One is to endure, but secured.
The other is not to endure – and without any protection. You choose yourself. And to overcome yourself is more difficult than to overcome someone else.

    Freedom to choose.
    – information, evidence, gradual revelation of truths that were not given to us and are not given to us to use.
Delusions, self-deceptions, punishments and self-punishments. Streets with an exit in today’s times.
But, freedom is a difficult thing and not for everyone.

  • @SherryTomlinson-r2y says:

Yep the reaction I got was contempt, dangerous and I was smeared and disinherited. I was annihilated to say the least. He passed away and left me with one hell of a mess. Ty for all you do for us individuals and our community here,Dr Ramani ✌️👍

  • @JohnEffy-m6v says:

These Narcissists love to believe the stories they tell themselves. lol

    Weirdos. 😅

  • @jackkaleas2544 says:

I had two narcissistic parents and an older brother who was the same as them, and where I was the convenient scapegoat for all three. I found that I had to develop an ego, just to isolate myself from them and to be able to survive. However, the challenge in life later became to be aware of that ego in terms of how it could also be self-destructive.

  • @pakasack says:

    You’re an angel, Dr. Ramani!

  • @liquidminds says:

I’m trying to find out how a narcissist who claims that it is finally time for their life to change will react, when a support-pillar that provides multiple unique functions at a virtually non-existing price to them, adds behavioral rules as a requirement for access.
Being the dealmakers they are, making one small concession as a price for keeping access to tools that would irreplaceable in the short term, should be possible. Maybe I can teach an old dog a few new tricks.

  • @GoldenVoid152 says:

I even caught flak for my own food preferences from my former narc friend. He couldn’t stand the fact that we are separate people
