    Things usually get better when the person who wants to leave leaves rather than staying, causing a lot of strife trying to get the other person to leave because the unhappy individual lacks the maturity, self discipline, and courage to speak one’s truth , stand up, take the desired action necessary to defend and achieve what this person wants without bringing others down and wallow in misery with this unhappy individual.
