I don’t where these bullet points are taken from. Some dudes get complacent sure but i have seen several variations occur with men close to me because the wife browbeat/guilt tripped when she didn’t get her way, didn’t like him hanging out with certain friends, the hobby was too expensive and even one where she bitched about him going to the gym. I believe the quote was something to the effect of “who are you trying to impress? Your next wife?” Not all from the same woman but to varying degrees. Interesting how some things come around full circle.
