  • @Dr-Alexander-The-Great says:

One way I make myself look better, is by avoiding brightly lit rooms👍

  • @Henock95 says:

Me watching while looking like a roach and taking notes lol

  • @oza1302 says:

This is not the first time Courtney has mentioned wearing a trench coat. This is not the first time I thought, “She’d make a great Carmen San Diego for Halloween”.

  • @echol8087 says:

Remember guys. Be you. Style is broad. If you feel comfortable and confident in jeans, sneakers, and a solid shirt, buying a whole new wardrobe you dont feel confident in just to attract someone probably won’t work out. Wear clothes that make you feel confident, and if the clothes you wear dont then it may be time to look for a new wardrobe. Do it for you, and not in hopes to attract a partner

  • @disdoncable says:

She forgot a few things: (1) Working out routinely, with a heavy focus on resistance training, cardio, and stretching. (2) Eating clean, homecooked meals (3) Taking good care of one’s mental health via meditation and mindfulness (and/or whatever else works for you).

The aim here is to get to under 15% bodyfat with great muscle-tone, high endurance levels, and a chiseled face, which combined with great mental health creates a glow that’s unmatched. Brand new shoes and sweaters will only be lipstick on a pig if the above-mentioned work isn’t done.

    • @CourtneyRyan says:

You are so right! The foundation is everything!

    • @Electrical-t1j says:

Under 15%–without steroids–makes you look small. Go for a Bruno Sammartino build. Strong and can actually take a shove.

    • @alwaysemployed656 says:

I was going to say that! A few days ago, I was driving by and happened to see a news crew setting up cameras for some outdoor event. I guess it was the director; he was inspecting the camera equipment. His hair looked like he paid top dollar at the salon. His clothes, shoes, and accessories all looked top quality and high cost. His physical build? Oh goodness! Physically, the guy looks like one of the dancing hippos from Fantasia. Huge, massive butt. Gigantic, gravity-impaired belly. Just a physically gross-looking humanoid. I really don’t see how anyone, especially a guy, can let themselves get that out of shape. Anyway, all the fancy wear and accessories and nice hair seem pointless if the frame looks like someone dumped a bucket of horse manure on the ground.

  • @DeadHead12 says:

Really enjoy the videos Courtney. One thing I notice is a lot of clothing videos have a more preppy lean to them. I think it would be really cool to see some tips on how we can keep our blue collar attire, but in a more presentable way if that makes sense.
    Keep up the great work!

  • @johnathanburncastle6455 says:

As a guy who has stuck to the black, grey, navy blue, and white palette, introducing color has been a challenge. I know skin tone and hair color have a lot to do with color choices. Could you put together a breakdown based on broad strokes of each male skin/hair pattern type and give your opinion on the more bold color schemes that might fit for spring?

    • @randomcommenterurl says:

Please don’t forget about us bald guys. So hard to look my age & not 10 years older 😭 Maybe adding color could help

    • @OctogonOxygen024816 says:

Just wear pink on Wednesday for color you simpletons…

  • @garypierce7380 says:

I”m a big fan of Columbo so I really like the trenchcoat. I’d like to get one of those Peugeot’s too.

    • @alwaysemployed656 says:

A guy not far from the neighborhood I grew up in owned a Peugeot like the one from the TV show, but in perfect, mint, shiny condition, beige color. He never drove it. I harassed him for years to sell it to me, but he would not let it go.

  • @alpyhaWQFwef says:

Personally, I believe that burnt-orange is a color exclusive to autumn. For spring, white is an excellent base for underlayers on top with light floral greens, pinks, blues, violet, for accent colors. For coats and jackets, blues, light khakis browns, tans, greens. Think of the underlayer accents as the hints of life re-imerging from the dormant, dull winter months.

  • @MrTJMaddox says:

I will say this. The fact that you grown Men have to have a Woman tell you how to dress speaks about each and every one of you.

  • @jackkil1508 says:

“hey Dudes making their debut, you can do SO MUCH BETTER” LOL. ” don’t need to see your toes in the spring, or EVER”, another truethfull classic line. Hair a “puffy mess”. Great advice on layering, tecturing and colors. Another great episode to get us ready for spring! Thank you!

  • @davidchambers44 says:

Concise and to the point, and always very insightful. Your fashion advice and insight into women’s perspectives are much appreciated. Thank you, Courtney! Love these seasonal videos.

  • @jumpshotkangaroo7585 says:

I’m just happy to be alive

  • @Think_Up says:

7:38 Not if you have any belly on you at all. That elastic waist looks absolutely stupid and unflattering unless you have a VERY trim waist.

  • @marksmith4892 says:

The way to look better to women than other guys is to not try to look better than other guys. Style is a very personal thing. Clothing should reflect who you work and aspire to be not what others tell you that you should be. Oh and by the way, that’s going to repel the women who don’t like you which is a good thing, and attract the women who do like you which is obviously a good thing. I still don’t mind videos like this because they generate ideas but don’t go trying to wear stuff because somebody else told you to. When the fashion for men was big beards that looked like a bird could create a nest inside of it, I shaved my head and kept my face nicely shaved. Why? ’cause I like a clean-cut appearance! But that’s just me, if you like big beards and beard oils and all that crap then you do you.

  • @TheDWZemke says:

    Get down to 10% body fat… Is a 10x

  • @Srode1999 says:

I am nearly 60 years old. I have had a number of girlfriends who had told me how sexy I looked with my sleeves rolled up. My first girlfriend was rhe one who instructed me to do this. I thought it was just a fetish she had but I learned that it wasnt just her. It definitely isnt just Courtney.

  • @victorashul says:

I think a hooded lightweight jacket is very underrated in spring… can protect you from the wind or rain, you can close it or open it in regards to the weather condition and there are some that look really good
