What makes me uniquely me is my empathy & compassion and the ability to connect with people, sometimes someone I have never met before, and have an enjoyable, sometimes deep conversation. Which I love!
For me, it has been a lot of work to hold onto my authenticity when people you interact with seem so surfacey or insincere. I realized that is a layer on top of a layer on top of another layer.
I have been told I am authentic. Now I say Thank you and smile.
