  • @John-bd3ts says:

Everyone has a different definition of “normal”. It is generally relative.

  • @PRdude says:

I hate how toxic relationships are glorified. It’s really sad.

  • @BheeOrgh says:

Why is toxicity so attractive to a lot of women = anti-social, less boring, expectation of excitement, less vanilla, less marigold, less bland.

    • @LatimusChadimus says:

@@BheeOrgh problematic women are attracted to problematic men because that’s all they know. If you want quality you have to be quality so don’t worry about that giant pool of low caliber women

  • @lawrence31415 says:

I can confirm that going on a walk is one of the best habits to adopt into your routine. I aim to walk every day for 60 minutes, especially after I eat dinner. If you want a fun challenge, go for a walk without listening to music. You’ll be surprise to see outdoor details you never noticed before.

    • @LatimusChadimus says:

@@lawrence31415 1,000% I’ve been post meal walking for 37 months now and it’s a game changer. I go for a minimum of 10 mins, sometimes 1 mile, and sometimes much much further

    • @ponokunishima1 says:

For sure, especially when you’re up before everyone else gets up and you still feel the cool, crisp breeze before the sun comes up.

    • @LatimusChadimus says:

@ponokunishima1  that’s when I’m often grounding. Favorite time of day ❤

    • @ponokunishima1 says:

@ Try to wake up at least at 4 or 4:15 and then start my walk after my plain black coffee with Cayenne Pepper in it and some honey.

  • @Wockystocky says:

Courtney, I’ve been watching your videos for a long time, and your advice has been incredibly instrumental in helping me navigate dating, life, and fashion. Thrilled to say I’ve finally found someone I love and care for. I wasn’t sure I understood what love meant before meeting her, but I do now. Your videos have played a significant role in getting me to this point. Thank you 🙏

  • @dh12. says:

I used to think i was ugly. it turns out I’m just poor.

  • @jiminyrabbitson6075 says:

I walk my dog every morning while praying the rosary. I go to Tae Kwon Do class on Weds. I cook all my lunches (typically fish). And I go for regular runs.

  • @asifiqbal8146 says:

Everything mentioned in this video is, in fact abnormal! It’s depressing how such toxic habits have become the norm in modern society.

  • @darrenskjoelsvold says:

The title of this video is like the opposite of click bait. The content of the video is far better than expected from the title.

    • @CourtneyRyan says:

      👏🏼🥹

    • @darrenskjoelsvold says:

@CourtneyRyan  don’t feel bad. Just wasn’t expecting the video to have as good of content in it given the title. But I still clicked because overall, your videos are pretty solid. So I clicked and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was informative and helpful advice even with a title that doesn’t do the content of the video justice.

I don’t mean to make you feel bad, but maybe this video is a hard one to name. I tried to think of an alternative, and everything I thought of sorta sucked. Practical life advice is hard to name because this is the stuff we were supposed to learn but didn’t because of the pressures of modern life. Bad habits of modern life are making us ugly, and it’s hard to break away from that.

Keep up the good work. Your content is actually helpful. This video made me look at my own bad habits and consider how to make positive changes. Don’t feel bad. It’s a good video but hard to nail down a good name for it.

  • @maxwillson says:

Going into my 4th month sober and I’m not going to lie, some of the weekends are really hard to get through but I feel great when I wake up in the morning and I don’t have a hangover. The mornings are the main reason why I’ve been able to stay sober. There’s nothing better then waking up and being able to start the day without any issues. Especially on Monday mornings.

  • @ModernDatingMastery says:

*The biggest takeaway here is that confidence in who you are, even if it’s unconventional, is what draws people in. Own those unique traits instead of dimming them down — true attraction is all about being unapologetically real.*

  • @efraindimas3480 says:

I agree with everything you said. Delay gratification, processed foods are killing us slowly. Making us weak.

  • @viiiRA_ says:

Toxic relationships are so normal, you would almost have to isolate to avoid them because if you develop healthy standards you’ll realise that your coworkers aren’t actually that great to be around. Mentally healthy and mature people are scarce, sadly.

  • @Pittboss4127 says:

For me. I work remotely. I had to separate work space from personal space. I got a telescoping desk and a walking pad, I don’t drink, I eat mainly carnivore and I do extended fasting periods occasionally. I work out 2 to 3 times a week and I also try to average 7 to 10k steps daily with at least 15 minutes outdoors. I do take care of my skin, on a good vitamin regimen and go to the chiropractor. I do still need to focus on getting out and being a little more social. I have no problems being in public but I am also very comfortable at home.
