When I look back on my 2024, I am happy and thankful for all the goals that I have achieved (the big one was earning my doctorate). There’s still a lot more I want in my life, and I’m not going to let anything stop me. When I want something, I put in the work and re-evaluate when I hit a roadblock. For 2025, I’m going to make sure that I still thrive!

2024 was tough dating wise and in terms of finding a job. Hopefully 2025 will be better.

Failure is part of the success process. You can NEVER get rid of the failure side of yourself; this is what people don’t understand.
Failure is an internal part that stays with you until death; it can never be eliminated nor destroyed.
Failure can be the largest or smallest part of yourself; In conclusion, it can never be eliminated.

I donโ€™t know about you but for me 2024 went well. I got promoted, run a marathon, decided that Iโ€™m religious, improved my skin, started taekwondo. I look forward to 2025 and am confident that itโ€™ll only be even better since I still have so much to do.

  • @Mrbergmann says:

My main struggle is my disability, and thinking women dont want a man who is physically challenged and cant defend them physically. That always ends up dragging my to the starting line in both the courses i try and exercise. Another thing on women is i am naturally a homebody while everyone is always chasing more and more fun activities that my disability cant keep up with

    • @BrandonPotter-r9b says:

I have joint hyper mobility and donโ€™t work and am on ssi so itโ€™s taking a patience and faith that it will work out . I spent 70 to 80 hours a week on my apps , which is way too much . I try to go to my single adult ward activities on Monday and Wednesday.

    • @harsh3948 says:

Why do you need to resort to physical defense when you can just be trained in firearms

    • @davidwinner6926 says:

Be exceptional in other areas. Be lean. Be educated. Wear designer clothing. Be skilled. Be educated. Wear popular men’s colognes. Grooming. Teeth. Examine every detail of your appearance and status. Then level up! Be the best version of yourself possible.

      What do you have brother?

    • @Mrbergmann says:

@@machete660 ive got a mild form of spina bifida, somewhere on the lowest part of the spine, i can walk but get tired easilly and my legs start shaking, have no balance at all but using a cane helps alot, i did struggle with education, especially core subjects, so i try to find courses on subjects i like. And i try to focus on stengthening my upper body and improve leg mobility

  • @DerekFoote-j8v says:

I agree with your points they are very complex and all interconnected with one another. Starting is the hardest part, but as you were saying consistency is key. Along with that itโ€™s okay to screw up, itโ€™s just the intention and effort you put in to keep improving that really counts! Eventually you will catch up or create that future better version of you! As long as you try and do your best, you are bound to see results!

600 days sober, got absolutely juiced in 2024. 2025 will be my year

    • @CourtneyRyan says:

This is so amazing. Proud of you!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

    • @x-man5056 says:

It is a “one day at a time” thing. I just had my 39th year sober birthday on Dec. 14. My sincere advice to you is to only predict a sober day tomorrow. Then do it every day. There will still be bad days in sobriety, you must be prepared to meet them head on. If you are not going to AA meetings, start tomorrow. Go to at least 1 men’s group meeting and 1 mixed meeting per week. More is better. There is more to sobriety than just going “Dry”. Dry sobriety doesn’t last and doesn’t allow for all the benefits of sobriety. Keep it stupidly simple, but show up for your peeps, they will show up for you when the inevitable bad day comes. I don’t care if you are Superman, if you are serious about sobriety, you need that sober support group, not enabling from your friends that want you back in the in the alcohol quagmire with them. Start going to AA now. You will never regret it.

  • @kylecrow1505 says:

I look at how much of a mess I allowed myself to be in 2024. The vast majority of it can be traced back to a lack of consistency. Time to rebuild that foundation. Consistency is king!

  • @TheColtonStreeter says:

I spent the past 3 years improving myself after the most painful breakup of my life, got sober, saved money, etc. I spent 2 years trying to get her back, she passed away last November and after 4 years i was finally able to get into the military, graduated boot camp October 31st. and was able to fulfill a promise I made to her when we were together, whether she wanted me back or not. Many more upgrades to come and goals to reach.

Men, have a purpose and stick to it! Thatโ€™s the best foundation for a glow-up!

This last year was weird for me. It was honestly the best year of my life so far. I met this girl, things were complicated, now they’re not so much anymore, and I’m working on a music return. So it’s all cooking together

LOVE THE WATCH IT LOOKS ELEGANT

  • @JohnnyBoi1924 says:

This video just reinforced a lot of the changes I’ve made since my 30th birthday. Shortly after my birthday I injured my knee. Something about that injury changed something in my brain. I had to get control of my weight and fitness. As soon as I was recovered enough to start walking, I did so daily. I quit smoking cold turkey. I’ve joined a gym and have been going consistently for two months at this point with no intention of stopping. I’m making 30 mine and it felt good to see a lot of what I’ve done touched on in this video.

  • @WillMoon says:

I started 2020 at 260 lbs, I now weigh 190 going into 2025. I’m 6, 2, went from being chubby and overweight to slim and athletic. This isn’t a one month, three month, one year project, it’s a lifestyle change. You have to be willing to eat right, forego treats, exercise five to seven times a week, and prepare to be tired and hungry… but it’s worth it.

When I started this journey, everyone told me I would fail in some way. Even my wife told me I only had to lose 30 lbs and I could stop. No. I was still overweight at 230, still unhealthy, with high blood pressure and joints that were struggling, backpain and GERD. Going from 230 to 190 fixed pretty much all of that for me. As long as you have reasonable goals, never listen when people tell you you can’t do something.
