If You’re Going Through Divorce with a Narcissist This Christmas

If you’re going through a divorce with a narcissist, Christmas can feel heavy, lonely, and overwhelming — especially when your family, routines, or time with your children look different than you hoped.

This video isn’t here to teach or fix anything.
It’s simply a quiet moment of connection.

If the holidays feel complicated…
If you’re grieving what was or worrying about what’s ahead…
If you’re just trying to get through the day…

Please know this:
You are not alone.
You are not doing this wrong.
And your strength may be quieter than you expected — but it is real.

This Christmas doesn’t have to be perfect.
It only needs to be survivable, gentle, and honest.

I hope this message offers you a moment of calm, reassurance, and kindness toward yourself.

Wishing you peace, quiet strength, and gentleness with yourself this Christmas.

Merry Christmas! Much love to all the survivors of narcissists.

We have the Birth of Jesus to bring us hope in dark times! 🙏❤️

My pastor doesn’t believe in emotional abuse as a reason to divorce, but other Christians do. I am on the fence myself, still researching and contemplating. I don’t have proof that my covert narc husband has cheated but he has used triangulation (trying to make me jealous by texting and private messaging on FB to a couple female coworkers; not sure what he’s trying to accomplish other than pushing me away because he just wants to be in control or wants to be w/ someone else).

Thank you so much, Victoria. Your message is so beautifully articulated for those of us hurting. “The ache of things not being the way you wanted them to be” resonates w/ me the most. Merry Christmas to you and all here and may 2026 be a more joyful & successful year for those struggling.
