This video comes as it’s been a very rough couple of weeks for me and things haven’t been easy when too many people have been testing my patience especially while life keeps throwing all these curveballs my way. It’s just been too overwhelming enough for me to stay calm and grounded like I normally do. But lately I’ve been reacting to people in a way I shouldn’t have which I’m not proud of. But I’m still human. I’m not perfect but at least I can choose to still keep going, even when I mess up. I’ll learn from this and try to do better next time.

I’ve had a very rough couple weeks too. It’s a lot waking up from nightmares and anxiety. And they keep finding ways to contact you. It will only get better tho. For us both

With you brothers and sisters 24 years still enduring narcisstic abuse from wife I. This fathers day. Still some how make everything and anything about her. Plus stole my daughters pancake from me. Wow 😮😢selfish and prideful lord I pray for her jealousy is a sickness I hope she gets well. I guess her greatest accomplishment is pretending in life that she’s a kind person .💔

    • @rabbitzoom says:

Stealing a pancake your daughter made for you? That’s lousy! Happy Father’s Day to you anyway.

    • @sharonscott3896 says:

Thank you for your unconditional council. It has been a life saver for me. ❤

    • @bobbomb8330 says:

Hang in there. Work on yourself for yourself. Focus on things that you value, that value you, like your daughter. Everything else becomes irrelevant, and before you know it your next steps become more tangible and possible.

I did the program 2 years ago, and it was amazing. I feel I can handle narcissistic relationships so well, get out of them quickly and avoid them so much better. Thr program helped inmensenly with my healing journey. I recommend it to everyone. Still, I continue learning about narcissism, growing and healing. Thank you Dr. Ramani and to the community❤❤❤

    • @DoctorRamani says:

If only I wasn’t financially-limited trying to divorce the (hopefully-soon-to-be) ex-spouse narcissist. 🙁 The book and free YouTube only for me for now, I suppose…

  • @AllenHaggins says:

Amazing, It’s hurts to think of life without my wife, I never imagined it would get to this point where I would let go. I know I’m not supposed to write this here but I’m gradually loosing myself and I don’t know what to do. I’m still holding unto the beautiful moments we shared and I hope that she finds happiness

    • @frederickbruton says:

I know how hard it is to say goodbye to someone you love. You end up been frustrated or depressed. My girlfriend ended our 8 months relationship few months ago and i almost lost it and i feel my world has ended. But I couldn’t just let her go, so l did everything i could to win her back. I finally went to a spiritual counselor for guidance, and he helped me to reconcile with my partner

    • @AllenHaggins says:

It’s fascinating! How did you locate a spiritual counselor and how can I get in touch with one to help me?

    • @frederickbruton says:

His name is Father Osoba Salama and he is a wonderful spiritual counselor who has the ability to bring back your ex

    • @AllenHaggins says:

Thank you for sharing this valuable insight. I just looked him up online and found his website, I’m genuinely impressed

    • @frederickbruton says:

Life is cruel for someone willfully resigned job to perceive the interest or a passion. In this path it’s easy to get trapped by narscissitic one. They mirror our personality till they gain our confidence and at the end leave us in whole lot of misery that we never ever imagined.
    Hi Madam,
I’m Prathima and living in India.
As usual I got excited to watch videos which are uploaded to heal and understand what exactly happened to us something we couldn’t get an idea of how to explain ourselves to our close freinds.

Thanks a lot for launching a compassionate program to heal from miserable relationships.

Unfortunately I’m not affordable to get a admission to program due to my zero savings, since I’m studying for competitive exams.

It would be great and helpful to conduct some programs free of cost for students too.

    Thank you
    Prathima
