I did have a third date. The second one while I was trying to know him and asking questions which I think it was pretty normal. The guy reacted saying. Oh !! Is this an interview or what? What do you think about his reaction??

It’s defensive, for one reason or another. Either can’t handle honesty and directness, or has something to hide. Some people are really brilliant at not outright lying, but lying by omission.
Edit: and I reread that comment. When he had that reaction on the second date, why did you give him a third? Respectfully asking.

Defensiveness and not answering honestly is a banner.
I had one fellow say I was the most annoying woman he’s ever met after interrogating and calling him out on bs, unacceptable comments, and behaviors. There were definite lies by omission and impunity. ( background check) We were not remotely in the same universe. Yet, he wanted to see me again. Bizarre A definite extreme fearful avoidant. He actually said “People will wonder why you’re with me” Labelled himself as an “Alpha Male”
Oh boy the skeletons, his relationship history, and lifestyle. RUN Forrest RUN.!
It’s a rough crowd out there.
I believe in letting go of all expectations and just getting to know someone naturally and not making them feel like they’re under a microscope. My honey and I are celebrating eight months soon, he tells me he loves me and we’re very happy. you always hear people meet the love of their life when they’re not looking and to me that is so true. I had totally let go of the need to find someone and Ed came into my life less than three weeks later.
