No, men do not respond that way. I have many male friends, five brothers, and two sons. I’ve heard it all, and men definitely tend to be more superficially/aesthetically focused. “she’s hot”, yada, yada, yada! The guy is a comedian, so his comments were intended to get a roar out of the audience.
