My last two failed relationships were met organically… to the wrong people. My current relationship was through an on line app and I feel he is the love of my life .. been together for a strong 3 years together so far…
I think dating apps are essential bc in today’s world you can’t physically meet enough people to be able to find who’s truly right for you. Of course there will be people out somewhere but the chances of successfully finding the one you are compatible with, connect with and share values with is very low to none in my experience.

Hi Jonathon – always love your videos, I get what you’re saying, although I have gotten off all the apps and actually do make an effort to go out in the world…. I started shooting pool again several times a week, I’m getting dressed up, socializing with others all the time, enjoying conversations or pool lessons, and I’m not afraid to approach anyone, at the same time I’m not “searching” for someone yet keeping myself open to someone, going out there does allow for getting to know another before a “meet or date” so it actually saves time and energy. I might have swiped “yes” on an app, chitchat for a few, maybe meet (most seem to only want hookups), but I’ve eliminated that crap, I can swipe “no” in person (in my head) before it gets to the “date” part because I’ve already crossed them off as a prospect and can still remain pool buddies with them and socializing, along with enjoying the game and having fun…then I go home to my fur babies…😁. Thank you – I needed to hear you today It helped me express myself here since I was having one of those days about being single…🙂♥️✌️🔥♍😉

Esther Perel is old school outdated with zero life experience in her Ivory Tower. There is a dearth of truly “grown up” people to partner with in mid-life. Period. It’s no ones fault. After I really thought about, I think even JA’s Marie ran away. Things got a little uncomfortable and it became easier to run. Grown ups don’t run away. It’s okay to stay single if no one can get real and have a mature relationship.
