This Season Is Brutal When You’re Married to (or Divorcing) a Narcissist

The holidays can be an incredibly painful time if you’re married to a narcissistic spouse — or in the middle of divorcing one.

Loneliness. Confusion. Self-doubt. That quiet, aching question: Is it me? Am I the problem?

I see this every day in my work with women. I also see how many people are searching right now — downloading free resources, trying to understand what’s happening, trying to get their bearings, trying to figure out whether this is normal… and whether it’s sustainable.

If that’s you, I want you to hear this clearly:
You are not alone.
It is not you.
And this season will pass.

You cannot change a narcissist — but you can change your life.

There is support. There are resources. And there is a path forward, even if you can’t see it clearly yet.

The new year brings new hope. And yes — big changes are possible in 2026.
