As much as I would like to be in love and have a good wife, it’s just not realistic these days! Especially for men in my OPINION.

What is considered moving out ?

    • @douglasjre says:

Do a Google search for your state. It’s usually defined as removing your goods and chattels and removing your name from utilities and changing driver license info and not sleeping there. I wouldn’t allow that. And if she changed the locks I’d call a locksmith and simply say let lost. If you call police and they side w her you’re screwed

My wife’s lawyer wanted a deposition, she told my lawyer about 3 weeks ago and this week they said they retracted that and do not want one to try to keep things from going to trial. I told my lawyer I think their lawyer is being a bully. He said no she’s not. He then sent me a couple days later their new custody request that pales in comparison to the one we had already made a few months ago, and basically did a bait and switch, so now in order to contest their custody wishes, I have to go to trial. Talk about sharks.

My heart goes out to you guys. Females are evil. Please don’t assume we are all like that, but keep your eyes open for red flags early in the relationship. I wouldn’t think of doing something like those dirty tricks to my soon to be ex. Kill them with kindness, my mom always said. 😅 It works. Mature divorced.

    • @trentrevis7392 says:

Cause the court and government get their cut in divorce. That’s why they don’t changes the laws cause uncle sam and that judges paychecks come from your misery and taxes.

  • @decadentnight says:

My parents got a divorce after almost 34 years and its because he decided to cheat again. But his lawyer has been handling the divorce and evry other lawyer want $3000. My mom couldn’t afford her iwn lawyer they never went to court and she hasn’t gotten any paperwork. Its so confusing and disturbing but i don’t know what else she can do at this point. He wants the house most likely but dhes always paid for just about everything. I wish lawyers didn’t charge so much even just to talk its $100 every time. 😔
