According to every Courtney Ryan video, I’m like a 9/10 (7/10 physically by my own estimation). Yet chronically single. Because none of it matters if you’re damaged from childhood, past relationships, and/or your own perceptions. And don’t get in relationships with narcissists.

My man needs to do some mindfulness work ASAP, offload this baggage and begin living in the here and now. No time like the present.

Is there a “most attractive qualities list” for women? I looked for it but didn’t see one. I would love to see what the list looks like, and to experience the comments section for that one. I have this creeping feeling there would be a stark difference in attitude between them…
So basically take care of yourself, be a decent person, learn how to be sociable, don’t be a complainer, no TMI (too much information), and don’t be lazy. Sounds simple enough.
