Coincidentally, this past weekend I just shared with a family member to write herself a letter at bedtime. At bedtime bcz whatever our last thought was, is what our first thought when we wake up. Goal 1, goal 2, goal 3, etc. I am a caring, loyal person that wants people to be safe and comfortable. All human beings deserve to be treated with kindness.
