If two consenting adults are genuinely happy together, should we judge their relationship simply because of their age difference?
And here's where the conversation gets interesting…
We generally agree that judging an interracial couple simply because of their racial differences is wrong. So is judging an age-gap couple based solely on their ages also unfair?
Or is age different because a significant age gap can sometimes introduce power imbalances, differences in life experience, or questions about someone's intentions?
Is the problem the age gap itself, or the actual behavior within the relationship?

It is very judgmental and self-righteous to condemn age-gap relationships. Are race-gap relationships wrong? How about religious-gap relationships?
Hypocrisy and double standards also come into play very quickly with those who condemn 2 adults who have chosen to be in a loving, committed relationship.
If you’re worried about other people’s age gap relationships then speak to your MP or Congressman and get them to change the age of consent to 28 or 30 or 35 or whatever would make you happy
If both people are happy then why does the age gap matter. Second there is a lot of hypocrisy here because it’s perfectly fine when celebrities do it but wrong when the normal person on the street does it.
