Well…, this explanation tells me that MOST of my relationships were Dopamine “love”! That feeling of excitement does calm down over time.
I’ve also experienced Serotonin love, with my male friends. But, have never had any sexual desire or encounters with them. And, it didn’t
“grow” over time.
Must explore this new to me knowledge. I hope I’m not doomed!
