I would love to see Dr. Ramani do a series of videos on Betty Broderick with the focus being on Dan Broderick 🐀 having the San Diego court system wrapped around his finger and happily be recruited as Dan’s Flying Monkeys. Also with the focus on that home-wrecker Linda 🐀 going after a family that had 4 children. Betty is the perfect example of what living with a narcissist for 30 years can do to a person.
MIND BLOWN!!! Wow, I have incredible ick with gifts and asking anyone for help with the smallest of things and the biggest of things especially. I had not thought if was attached to the trauma from narcissist(s). I used to help anyone, anytime but now I dont because I feel others will never reciprocate. In combination with all the other trauma I carry. This last one with, what I think may be a narcissist, destroyed me. I don’t think I can come back from it.
Didn’t realize this had anything to do with that.
She is a very smart woman!! I read her book after I left my husband. I moved in with my sister, she bought it for me. I had an idea this is the life I was living, and reading her booked really confirmed it!!

We feel life as burden lost interest in living
I’m 45 and have tried forever to overcome my apprehension surrounding gift-giving. Holidays make my heart race. My NM never allowed me the autonomy to form my own identity. She dressed me identical to her.
Imagine a middle school aged girl in a suit (w/skirt or pants). Even in high school & college, she’d buy me entire wardrobes of essentially 2 different outfits. Thing was, they came in 5 different shades. Same tops and bottoms, but in every color that was on the rack. If I said I didn’t want/like something, there was a HUGE blowup and she wouldn’t speak to me for weeks.
Even today, I have an aversion to fashion, overall. I wear what’s comfortable but have no idea what I really like or what my actual style is.
I don’t ever reach out for help because it’s safest to assume they will judge me for it or use it against me. My fear is I will never feel safe when there are other people near. I’ve known that fear since I was 4 years old.
She was smart enough to know they couldn’t take away my account numbers. I’m still not sure whether she’s on the good or the evil side

Dr Ramani, with due respect, I don’t understand this procedure as I was fully healed before I was attacked by these evil people who tried to destroy me for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I quickly learned that asking for help would get me hurt. Yet, “help” would be forced upon me through guilt-tripping, no matter how much I resisted. That way the transactional “love” could continue. Ironically enough, I was then lectured and humiliated for asking for help.
Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.
Ultimately, though, I learned that the price of asking for help was too high for me to pay. So I stopped asking.
In my humble opinion, I have already done the work required here for me to see some concrete results. It can’t hang in the air forever because in my opinion we have more than sufficient evidence to convict him or them. We only need to prove one guilty if necessary and the rest will take care of itself. Thank You. 🙏🙏🙏
