Here's the truth almost no woman believes: the parts of your body you've spent years hiding are the exact parts he's already memorized. Not the highlight-reel version — the real, specific, unrepeatable you. And most of the parts you're insecure about? They don't even register to him as flaws. They're just… you.

In this video I'm walking you through 10 unexpected things a man loves about your body — the ones you'd never guess, or that you hate for reasons that don't even cross his mind. From your hands to your bare face to the marks that tell your story, this is the insider male perspective most coaches won't give you.

Whether you're newly dating, deep in a long relationship, or stepping back into love after a divorce — this one's about ending the war with your own reflection.

▼ IN THIS VIDEO ▼
→ Why he sees your hands completely differently than you do
→ The vulnerable, trust-coded thing about your bare neck
→ What your "tired" under-eye softness actually signals to him
→ The mirror-twist you do that he has genuinely never once done
→ Why his preference was never a size — it was always just you
→ What gray hair really says to a man (it's not what you fear)
→ The bare face almost nobody else in his life gets to see
→ Why the pre-apology introduces a flaw he never noticed
→ The scars and marks he's quietly moved by
→ Plus the single most attractive physical state he ever sees you in

If you've been searching for what men really find attractive, body confidence after 40, what men notice about your body, or how to feel confident in your own skin — this is the breakdown.

Your channel is to repetitive. I’m out

  • @nanworsham1033 says:

So the jist of this is.. a man that “loves” you.. totally makes sense.. I think us women have been raised up with the stupid media standards of beauty
Also when I get involved with the man that loves me.. he’ll just have to love all of me! I will run around naked idc!! The tomboy in me will always take over vs hiding! I figure he’s not perfect either so who cares?!

    • @Mat_Shaffer says:

That energy is everything. That’s exactly the kind of confidence that makes a man fall harder. 🙏

    • @kimkats says:

From the time we’re old enough to understand language , we’re conditioned to believe that, whatever we are, is wrong. Too tall, too short, if you’re blond you should be brunette, you’re too pale, you’re too dark, etc etc. we need to break these expectations *when we’re young*. When you get older, you stop giving a shyte, but when we’re younger, we tend to obsess over these things, and the reason we do is for the male gaze. Stop that. You live and exist for you.

Why do women hate their body parts?

  • @michellemyers8583 says:

You’re nice. My soon to be ex wanted me to wear makeup . He also didn’t like when I was pregnant with his children even though I have always been small. So this is not what every man thinks. I will say I would like to be with a man that actually loves me however haven’t meet them yet. I know my future husband will be so kind and I will be ever so grateful 😊

  • @JaeCole82 says:

lol title reeled me right in 😂 lol interested to hear this. Thanks Matt! Appreciate you.

  • @virginiamoss7045 says:

The caveat here is the assumption of a caring, loving husband or significant other. If you have that you don’t need a coach. If you have that and don’t know it, maybe you do need coaching. Husbands like that are extremely rare.

    • @Mat_Shaffer says:

many women with good men still enjoy having a coach to support them in deepening their relationships 🙂

  • @BettyRobinson-gg5tz says:

Thanks for sharing!!! 🙏 I absolutely claim every one of these!!!!! Even though I’m older, pleasantly plump, have white hair ⚪ and a few scars, I still love who I am. ❤️ Love you bro!!! 👊

  • @carmenchapa1 says:

I love men that think the way you describe in this video. They are a gift!
