Last thing you tell your narcissist is…..-
if your phone doesn’t ring, it’s probably me.

  • @mamaJmama says:

I am so sorry you went through that Dr.Ramani..you are so loved.

    • @purvamandlik4696 says:

I think the second incident is with Red Table and Jada at the time of her book release and promotions.

  • @perspicaciousd says:

Thanks for sharing so openly and authentically, Dr. Ramani

  • @tarahwang9121 says:

This was really brave of you to share. Thank you for sharing. Your stories help people like me who don’t have anyone to validate those feelings. Thank you, Dr. Ramani.

  • @jasondecouto says:

I hope you’re doing ok, Dr. Ramani. 🥺Sending you lots of love and support. ❤️

Your incredibly generous and selfless gifts of knowledge, vulnerability, and openness are all so greatly appreciated – and are saving lives and rippling positive waves of energy into this challenging world. Your work and contributions are truly so important and informative. Personally, I’ve been listening to your videos almost daily to get through a heartbreakingly difficult relationship and breakup. Thank you for all that you do. Please stay safe and take good care. ❤

the body is indeed the best barometer of the truth.

    • @scottrawlins8165 says:

      Oooh yes

    • @colinellicott9737 says:

The body is an extension of the mind through the nervous system. It’s still the mind that rules the roost. I can’t think of a single truth my body ever told me outside of sensory feedback such as hot/ cold/ hungry/ exhausted/ etc/ etc. Are you and Ramani saying that your body recognizes narcissism?

    • @susankeith326 says:

Your gut instincts most definitely are warning you that something is wrong. Ignore it and you will regret it. @colinellicott9737

    • @susanbradleyskov9179 says:

@colinellicott9737 I’m saying it. I’ve experienced that my body has been way ahead of my mind time and time again. Now I’m trying to just listen when it does that.

  • @annakarenina3188 says:

Sending this, as I wish it could be a hug (if you want a hug Dr!).

For others….. It took getting sick, incurable cancer sick, before I learned “NO”….. Your lives are finite. You might get cancer at 30. You might be hit by a bus or an earthquake tomorrow….. Don’t spend another minute not finding, and shouting your “NO”….. Life is incredibly short for all of us, and it shouldn’t take horrific endangering events, nor terminal illness diagnosis, nor a near miss with a bus, to finally realise that we have to say “NO” to toxic people and unhealthy situations: you are worth more, and you deserve better, and live your life like you only have a few years left as we will all regret the wasted time, the chances missed, and most of all, we’ll regret not finding our “NO”.
(Within what is actually safe for you to do.)

    Sending everyone hugs.

    • @DoctorRamani says:

Thank you for sharing this, it’s incredibly powerful and full of truth. I’m so sorry you had to go through something so difficult to learn what should’ve been honored in you all along. Your right to say “NO.” Thank you for reminding us all that we don’t have to wait for a crisis to start protecting our peace. Sending you so much love and respect 💛

    • @visionvixxen says:

So true and so hard to do

  • @Indigoporcelain says:

Narcs live forever!! And the amount of complete lack of common sense is absolutely frustrating.. simple tasks become so overly complicated because they obstruct you in every possible way.

  • @alexandrajones4991 says:

Thank you for sharing, Dr. Ramini. Be safe. We love you.

  • @lt827 says:

30:40 “Because we say those things when we still have hope.” So true. Once you see the situation clearly, you don’t waste your breath.

  • @paulinebullock9597 says:

I say to my attacker in my new mind, Thank You for changing me!” And the incompetent and abuser himself Deputy Sheriff who wants to punish me by doing Nothing. “Thank you for letting me know, that “I” am the only one that can protect “myself” Big NO’s all the time God bless the “Petty Tyrants” who change us for the BETTER! Love you Dr Ramani Been studying with you for years Thank you for your knowledge!

Maya Angelou’s famous Quote ” regardless of what people Tell you about themselves when you First meet them, Believe them when they Show you Who they are, the First time …..”

  • @lori6156 says:

The yearning to connect emotionally is so strong sometimes it really clouds our intuition.

  • @joelklein3720 says:

Please be well and take care of yourself Dr. Ramani. The world needs good people like you in it in order to survive.

  • @costelloandlizzievolk2233 says:

I am finally at indifference out of sheer exhaustion and radical acceptance that they won’t change. Protecting myself now as well. Thank you Dr Ramani ❤

  • @stephmorris1974 says:

The after effects of trauma… the world feeling far less safe. so validating! Wow!

  • @paulamarion2672 says:

I can’t even begin to express how wonderful of a person I think you are and how much you have done for me

  • @craigbacks says:

I’m a physician for over 40 years. We need to discuss how vulnerable we caring professionals are vulnerable to manipulation by those for whom we care, sometimes too much.

    • @visionvixxen says:

      Very true….

    • @summermoon22 says:

Absolutely! That’s why it is so crucial that those in the helping field, such as medical practitioners educate themselves on this and now to navigate these people for they can do so, so much harm to one’s practice by being vindictive, vengeful and deceitful. Also Munchausen’s and Munchausen’s by proxy is a part of this too and physicians need to be trained in the signs of this.

  • @GregMunro says:

PTSD is real, after my heart was shattered into pieces by the one who claimed we will be together forever. I drank myself to sleep every day for 3 months, I am 2 weeks sober now, and i joined a study group. The painful part is, I still love him. He did keep his words as he said he will never date or marry anyone else. we have been together since high school. My heart still aches.

    • @DarylSimpson58 says:

I am terribly sorry to hear this, and trust me i know what you are going through, loosing someone you love is always tough, sometimes you blame yourself even when you are not the problem, i have been there, and it wasn’t easy, but i did all i could to get her back, so I watched a lot of you tube videos especially coach Stephan speaks, Matthew Hussey, Courtney Ryan, Alexander grace and Doctor Ramani. I also used the services of a spiritual counsellor as well.

    • @GregMunro says:

oh wow?? how did you get a spiritual adviser, and how do I reach him or her any tips?

    • @DarylSimpson58 says:

Her name is Shelly Renee white, and she is a great spiritual counsellor.

    • @GregMunro says:

Thank you so much, i will give her a try, i searched her name on youtube but found her website online, once again, thank you.

    • @GodsChildTM says:

@GregMunro There are some really good Spiritual Counselors here on YouTube also…

  • @StopNarc says:

    Whew… facing off with a narcissist isn’t just a conversation. It’s spiritual warfare. 🙏🔥🛡
