    Strong ! : you’ll never lash out to a child… THANK you. 💐

  • @SherryTomlinson-r2y says:

True ! I watch people in narcissistic relationships now still clueless! No i didn’t know. I look back at a totally wasted life myself.. it’s ok sorta .. here on planet earth at level-0 As long as narcissism rules we all will remain stagnant… I’ve learned a lot from Dr Ramani and many others.. on this cancer! The exposure of narcissism is way past due! Personally I’m 70 now and pretty much don’t believe much of anything anymore.. lies , lies and more lies ! Wow what an eye opener!

  • @WolverineCanyon says:

    Thank you ❤

  • @renatamayumikobata says:

Dear Ramani, you are a gift to the world! Thank you for talking about narcissism and teaching us about it! Thank you very much! And, thank you for being your beautiful and wonderful self! I love you.

  • @IKFKSwitch says:

I’m 55, and I still hate my inner child. Work in progress.

    • @lorianttila9698 says:

So sorry. If you can, learn to love and embrace your inner child. The child is You! For a long time I did not understand the concept of “love yourself” first. I have done a lot of inner child work and work with Dr Ramani.
Now, I do understand what love is and how to love myself, it is not being selfish

    • @irenahabe2855 says:

You can get to know and love ur inner child in 12 step ACA groups. 🍀🍀🙂

    • @Telefoon-q6k says:

maybe just like me, your parent hated you as a child and you learned to hate yourself?

  • @maheshnigounden7353 says:

    Thank so much <3

  • @tararobinson1097 says:

I kind of feel the opposite of shame now (so to speak) all of the guilt and shame I have felt over the years….not being the gf he needed or neglecting my kids and myself because I was caught up in his drama…..I now forgive myself and feel I’m finally ready to ace this moving on….I’ve realised that I had no idea what was going on and I am not 100% to blame (although, of course I must take some accountability for allowing one person to have so much control and effect on mine and my children’s lives) but I can finally show myself the same empathy I showed him. Maybe I needed him in my life to show me how to take care of me, maybe I would have gone through my entire life having empathy for the world but none for myself. I suppose when u feel you’re at rock bottom, you have nothing to do but look around, look at yourself and see all the reasons you were vulnerable and susceptible. Once you’ve been beating to a pulp (verbally or physically) you realise you don’t even deserve a gentle slap….you deserve soooo much better. I will forever keep up my guard now……and that’s not a bad thing, when you have something precious that others want, you hire guards. So I hire myself to look after my precious little family. Thank you for teaching me so much over these past few months….me and my girls are eternally grateful xxxxx

  • @jmb4138 says:

I wish schools would be able to fill some of those gaps where kids might not be able to get from home.
But with the literacy crisis we are probably far from seeing anything like that 💔

    • @irenahabe2855 says:

      On the contrary.
In this digital era… our youngsters are not obliviour to terms sucg as narcissism, gaslightibg, ghosting, triangulation and simmilar. 🍀

    • @jmb4138 says:

@i@irenahabe2855t’s true that they hear the term narcissist probably often especially with regards to the US administration 😂, however I’d argue they don’t totally grasp the concept or true meaning and how dangerous those type of individuals are and how to protect themselves against the abuse.
Especially if it turns out that people within their home happen to be on the narcissistic spectrum.
I know I certainly could have used a remodel to give me some clarity of my own situation as a kid/adolescent.

  • @andrewbc1390 says:

Wow… Thank you for that insight. I needed to hear this today.
