So..true. I feel so much confidence taking care of me. While caring for other people.
This is very good advice, for both men and women. It goes along with personal responsibility. When you put another ahead of yourself it sets you up for disappointment and failure. Others love and approval is the frosting. Self love is the cake. And to focus on another so intensely puts too much pressure on them.
