I actually do this as a victim. In fact I find that rarely the narc does this but it’s far more me from being soooooooooo broken…
I also find in facebook support groups that many of us do this because we are so lost and broken…
I completely agree with you on this. My narcissistic ex literally just cut me out without a second thought and I just felt completely devastated and had texted him over and over and over and over again.

Giving back energy due to lack of understanding of a situation vs the texts she’s speaking on which may be in a different manner, such as, where are you at? You must be cheating! Who are you with? Why aren’t you answering me! Why aren’t you answering the phone! I need to talk now! ( I hope this helps you and others understand a bit more )

I hafto agree. I’m guilty of doing this in the past. It’s never due to just some idea in my head. In the past; I would be answering thetoxic dysfunctional family members. Communicating to them in a way I could gather my thoughts. They REALLY don’t care in person either. At least in text I can see what they’re attempting to do. I don’t leave them any more. It’s used to make me look irrational and impulsive. I’m not irrational or impulsive. I’m a victim that actually believed for a moment that I could communicate with these people and even reach a resolution. They’re not looking for resolutions. They’re not ever going to acknowledge the damage they’ve caused. They’ll only continue to cause more damage showing off our insecurities & use them to convince others that they are not the problem.

Text predators; this is who they are. I wish I could switch to a landline, with no call waiting or voicemail.
If you ignore their phone calls, they might also call you many, many times, so you get a wall of missed call alerts.
They cant wait to send bad and miserable news and ignore everything nice. Cant wait till theyre gone what a way to live your life. Sad smelly people with empty eyes
PRAISE OR PROVOKE! Both are SUPPLY for the Narci..learn Dr R’s skills to avoid engaging in this dynamic…it removes the oxygen, and yes, they’ll still rage, but don’t make it your problem!

If you’re in a Narci Partner relationship, they’ll Idealize, Devalue and Discard you eventually. If you’re in this type of relationship, please leave ASAP.

What’s crazy is when you receive the text wall and you want to defend yourself and then text wall back🤦🏻♀️ then you’re labeled the crazy one😭
Yep, I can’t text anyone about it, because she logs into my Apple account on another device periodically to spy on my messages. But she doesn’t know I get notified every time 😂
i have her notifications silenced so it can take a few hours at least until I see her texts. 100% recommend this as a starting point.

I got 3 text walls from a (ex)friend that contained 117 ‘yous’
I no longer speak to this person, she has continued to smear my name and since I’m a solitary introvert and she and her husband are the extroverts of the community I’m basically being ignored by everyone ~ and I’m extremely grateful, my life is finally peaceful & calm ❤
