🤍 Watch the full series, everything men notice about you (and never say out loud):

You spend so much of intimacy managing. How you look from this angle. Whether the sound you just made was too much. Whether you should apologize for that. And the whole time, he’s noticing something completely different: the little things you do without deciding to, the ones that tell him you’re actually there with him.

In this video I’m sharing fifteen things a man notices during sex that most women have no idea he’s paying attention to. They run from the way you undress, to the flush on your chest, to the one word that quietly changes the whole moment for him.

▼ IN THIS VIDEO ▼
→ What he notices in the way you undress
→ Why he notices whether you keep kissing him
→ The tiny involuntary things (the lip bite, your breath catching) that he never forgets
→ What your fingers laced through his say to him
→ Why the flush on your chest and your messed-up hair are compliments
→ What it means to him when you let him take his time
→ The one word that quietly kills the moment, and what to say instead
→ Why leaping up for the towel lands differently than you think
→ What it does to him when you ask for “again”
→ Why telling him what he did right matters more than you know
→ Your face when you let go, and why it’s the thing he remembers most

If you’ve been searching for what men notice during sex, what men think about during intimacy, how to feel less self-conscious in bed, or what men really love in bed, this is the insider answer.

I learned that his body changes scent when he wants physical intimacy. I have told him that I noticed it, I tried to describe it, and that I really like it. Last night when I got in bed he was half asleep and he turned to cuddle and I smelled it. I whispered to him that he smells so good. The rest is history.😉

I appreciate you bringing your faith into this. My husband and I also believe in Jesus and the covenant of marriage. Too many people do not understand this point and the fact that if they would live inside the confines of God’s law it actually makes us better people and gives us a deeper experience. I say it makes us better people because if we are hurting each other our partners will not be able to open up to us. When we learn how to love and to make our partner feel loved it makes the intimacy that much deeper.

    Breathe him in

Wish I could have this kind of relationship…. it’s not him, it’s me. I don’t want to kiss him more than a peck goodbye and I honestly am not comfortable completely relaxing and letting go and being completely me in the moment.
Not sure what has happened in my life or our marriage to cause this feeling….but wish I could change it.

    • @Mat_Shaffer says:

That kind of self-awareness is a real first step, something clearly shifted somewhere along the way. Might be worth exploring with support what’s underneath that guardedness.

    2. Sometimes I feel like I kiss too much. I personally love kissing.
    3. I am aware of my lip bites, but I didn’t know that he’s aware.
    4. Luckily, I’ve been able to let out sounds in decent volume. But now that I have a house. I’m loud.
    5. I love interlocking fingers. It tells me that you’re in it with me! You’re locked in! I don’t think he does it a lot.
    6. With this whole scent-maxxing that these dudes are doing, do we really want to?
    7. I do that cause I love when my neck is getting kissed.
    8. I don’t think he can see it cause of skin tone.
    9. Yup almost always.
    10. Yeah for the most part. Sometimes he chooses to rush.
    11. Lol, I can’t help saying sorry after a kweef.
    12. No we cuddle after, but doctors always tell us to shower immediately to combat vaginal issues.
    13. I always do, but he always says, I’m not young anymore. Which makes me feel bad cause it’s like damn, all I get is once??
    14. He said that when I nap instantly that’s his confirmation to pat himself on the back.
    15. I drooled once. Lol, and I said, “Sorry.”

Great video, Mat. A personal question: I am a 60-year-old woman and have been chronically ill for 20 years. As a result, I’ve gained a lot of weight; I now have an unsightly overhanging belly, sagging breasts, and no buttocks. I haven’t been in a relationship for a very long time—I actually grew to dislike men. But now that I’ve come to understand men better—thanks to learning about attachment styles and healing from childhood trauma—I find myself wanting a relationship and marriage again. But, well… what would a man think of my body? Men are visual creatures. Could a man love me, given my body? And how could I ever trust him enough to reveal myself to him? I honestly can’t even imagine it. Furthermore, I am a very physical person and would certainly enjoy intimacy—but what would he think of that? I hope Google Translate has translated my question accurately! 😬 ♥️ Thanks for your videos.
