If a Narcissist is going to treat someone badly in an intimate relationship, they’ll treat you even worse as a Friend. A Narcissist will use the Social Media connection to Smear your name or to support their fragile ego 🍒

  • @zmesopotamia6792 says:

Some of the weird behaviors of narcissistic friends on social media is that they unfriend and block you suddenly with no justifications, then they unblock you and add you again when you ignore them!

    • @anonmous4468 says:

Last time I actually blocked them back and it exposed them they got so upset I blocked them back they scorched the earth 😂😂

  • @samehahmed6417 says:

They r so decent and gentle that u can’t recognise on social media. It needs much time to reveal their narcissistic characters.

  • @palma9835 says:

The covert I knew wouldn’t use social media because he didn’t want to be followed/accountable or want others to see his “business”. EVERYTHING was a secret and people he knew were in separate boxes from each other.

    • @HollyMae742 says:

I know one like this too.

    • @Bibirallie says:

Sounds like they are just a private person. Not everyone uses social media, and not having one isn’t being secretive.

    • @palma9835 says:

@Bibirallie during the trauma bonded relationship I’ve discovered a reason for his privacy. I’m not blanketing privacy re: social media. I don’t used it much myself.

  • @EmiliaNikolova-e7m says:

This is the problem that they have an “opinion” about the development of the couple and take precedence over their beloved or beloved…….. And because they live together – the other half of their relationship lasts, agrees with everything visible, but invisibly it is not so. And if you open social networks – everyone will recognize the stronger one as a show of prestige, but this is in connection with many circumstances and nerves on the part of the other, who is shaken over the years of this relationship…….. this happened to me, now with my children….. Before that, the generation “had no right” to separation and that’s why they were together.
Now all this has become a matrix for our relationships. And if you don’t applaud the problematic person in the family, the problem invents new tricks in front of all of us every year. We have no right to interfere in other people’s affairs, but we don’t agree either.

  • @jantheman98 says:

The amount of women in relationships that post pictures of just themselves regularly in their stories is crazy. You never see guys in relationships do this, or well I dont anyway

  • @hito-b6o says:

I’ve had the fear that i’m a narcissist without knowing it and even tho my therapist said no, i still can’t shake this fear for some reason. It has also become one of my ocd ruminations i guess. I wish i had someone like dr ramani to talk about this.

  • @SuB-gy4rb says:

Long term temper tantrum! Perfect, that’s exactly what I’m dealing with!
Bunch of old women acting like grade schoolers

  • @Craig-ie81 says:

This is all the social media I have for a reason. Not narcissists, but people who are fake or are stirring up problems to cope with their own lives bug me.

  • @seasonsstarsstudios says:

The rage baiting parent…that’s been my experience with my sperm donor, especially as a teen. Thank you for putting it into words, because that’s the shame and guilt I felt since I was 12 until I was 30. The abyss in the dark corner will drag you down, make you feel worthless, and perhaps drive you to do things against your character because you’re as bad as them, if not worse, right? So why bother doing good things or even living when all you do is hurt people?

And all that started when your narcissistic parent rage baited you and shamed you into compliance, so that becomes your identity.

  • @lebasietsi3061 says:

Not at all. I have a real life (not double/triple lifes like this kind of peaple), I do not need social media for being validated. I don’t even want to see these shameless, brazen people in front of me. They should be so ashamed of the atrocities they commit…

  • @ptrsrfns says:

The glasses look great on you!

  • @MaMama-S3D says:

They may not be narcissistic but they do take on their bad habits. I noticed that bad people want to bring everyone on their level of wickedness.

  • @SherryTomlinson-r2y says:

Ghosting I’ve done it because I’m done. But ghosting can happen due to other parties interference too. I post all my narcissism on my public page my private page different. I question the pages full of generic post, I won’t talk to them. Yes the rage bait posts are out there in full force. I enjoy social media.. I’ve been lonely lately. Plus I get a lot of information too. I don’t listen to the regular news. Always interesting and helpful, ty Dr Ramani !

  • @MaMama-S3D says:

I can dissociate narcissism from social media. Unless someone has useful informations to share with the world, how could this be not labelled as selfish to show off your life ? It only fuels competition of who got the best life. Plus, I wonder what it does to the mind to expose what is supposed to be private.

  • @tiabelbel5261 says:

These people are truly shameless, rude, and disgusting (on social media, they think they can get away with anything and remain anonymous, but they can’t). They take liberties that no one has given them permission to take.

  • @Passionate_Aria says:

Thank you for this, Dr. Ramani🙏❤️ there are people on reddit who do things like brag about unfriending someone on their birthday and other Redditors cheer them on- but the thing is…they admit the person they unfriended or blocked is someone who never hurt them or they even fell out with…the admit they unfriended them because they got sick of seeing their “fun night out”/supposed “bragging “ pics or they just don’t talk to them but they think it’s edgy. And the sad thing is there are people on the other end who were unfriended by people they thought were good friends or family they thought they were on good terms with and they spend days wondering what they did. Some of them have no idea they were victims of covert narcissists or emotional sadists.

  • @MerovingianQBee says:

No because I’m not on social media chatting with anyone.

  • @Vibeg1212 says:

I know people who have unbearable social media and I love them to death nicest sweetest people so yeah, this is absolutely right
