Narcissistic people will hold onto their narrative of you until the end of time you are the problem you are the one that is mentally ill. You are the one that is damaging the relationship and then they drop you like a rock only to be easily replaced very quickly. I Encourage everyone that’s in one of these relationships to build yourself up mentally and emotionally so when the discarding phase shows up, you could care less because you realize it had nothing to do with you.
