Do you wake up feeling guilty? (about the narcissist) WATCH THIS

Have you ever noticed how guilt can keep you tied to a narcissistic relationship long after you know something is wrong?

In this month’s Healing Program workshop, Dr. Ramani explores why guilt can feel so powerful even when you cannot clearly name what you did wrong.

If you have ever felt guilty for having needs, setting limits, leaving, staying, or protecting yourself, this workshop is for you.

Thank you for all you do to raise awareness and help people navigate through the healing process. ❤ We are supporting several viewings of “The Narcissist Playbook” in New Jersey in August and appreciate all your efforts to help bring legitimacy in the medical and therapy community to help spot the traits and help those stuff and suffering. ❤

I think that people feel Guilty because of: 1. How often- you were Gaslighted and 2. for how long? It beats you down over time. Makes you doubt yourself. Saps your energy. Depresses you. Dont let this happen. You CAN break free! Where was any Balance in the relationship? and Basic FAIRNESS. And wanting you to be happy? Remember: there really ARE Compatible people out there. Heal yourself, first. A great book I will recommend is: “Emotional Blackmail” by Dr. Susan Forward. This was an 80s book. Still very relevant and useful for today.

I don’t wake up feeling guilty, but I’m wondering when the hopes of what could have been fade. Sometimes it’s better than others, it’s been almost four years.

  • @lillyanna8432 says:

we feel guilty and they feel delighted with the result!

  • @FractalM1nd says:

The only thing I did wrong is I started a relationship with the narcissist… 😕

  • @JohnEffy-m6v says:

Not anymore. Screw these people, sorry not sorry 😅

  • @prueaddy says:

Oh to be trained by both my parents unfortunately and just as disturbed, systems like my moms religion and schools, etc. Now to listen to mySelf. The “spin” and “head explosions” from childhood interactions with these fearful dominating people is easing as I let go of the insanity their wounds caused.

  • @Magneto-jv6qx says:

I realize that those guilt feelings I have are caused by thoughts that are cognitively distorted, and I train myself to ignore them. This separation of me from my thoughts was a huge breakthrough for me in my healing from narcissistic abuse. Thank you Dr Ramani! Your clear videos are a source of inspiration!!

  • @Fauntleroy. says:

I don’t feel guilty anymore because, just as Dr. Ramani says, I didn’t do anything wrong. I just feel very sad.

  • @kathleenferguson1593 says:

Yes. I’m Catholic, with narccistic parents, and female
    Trifecta!

  • @robluvsdrums says:

Narcissists search for good, caring people not for the sake of actually just being with a good person, but so they can use your goodness against you ☹️

  • @cherrybacon3319 says:

I don’t so much wake up feeling guilty over my Narc. I wake up cursing myself and cringing if I’ve weakened and broken No-Contact the night before. 🍒

  • @Love-l1s6j says:

HELL NO, I’M LIVING, LOVING and LAUGHING!!! LIVE YOUR LIFE, DON’T LOOK BACK,And ALWAYS THANK JEHOVAH GOD,for the SECOND CHANCE of a LIFE TIME,of NEW BEGINNINGS!!!! So much LOVE FROM ME TO YOU!❤

  • @jackkaleas2544 says:
